Business Systems Analyst
Mountain View, CA (2 days onsite a week)
Longterm Contract
Our client is planning to kick off our Subrogation program where they’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 8–10 years of experience and deep knowledge of insurance processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting insurance or risk management systems
• Experience with Origami Risk preferred (nice to have)
• Solid understanding of insurance operations, including:
o Claims lifecycle (GL, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Property, etc.)
o Policy and coverage management
o Certificates of Insurance (COI)
o Subrogation processes
o Handling and interpreting claim files from Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
