Overview:
We are hiring a senior Project Manager with strong experience in masonry and exterior construction, preferably with a General Contractor. The candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage masonry and exterior construction projects
Handle budgets, schedules, and resources
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance
Monitor site progress and resolve issues
Requirements:
Must have masonry experience or exterior trade experience with a general contracting
5+ years in construction project management
Strong knowledge of exterior systems and construction documents
Good leadership and communication skills
Salary : DOE.
