Role: SAP FICO Lead
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term

Travel Requirement:

• Initial 2 months: Travel once or twice a month
• From June/July onwards: High travel expected (critical project phase)

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration
• Finance data migration
• Configuration alignment
• Post-conversion validation

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions across geographies
• Provide functional leadership across:
• FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, PCA
• CO: CCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing (MTS/MTO), CO-PA, Allocations, COGS, Variance
• Drive end-to-end finance processes (financial close, profitability, cost allocations, reporting)
• Ensure integration with MM, SD, and PP modules
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and solution design discussions
• Manage finance master data (BP, GL, Assets, Cost Centers, etc.)
• Work on Material Ledger (Actual Costing) and Funds Management
• Handle global tax, legal, and compliance requirements
• Support manufacturing/agro-based finance processes (inventory valuation, costing, profitability)

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong FICO Lead experience with global implementations
• Deep expertise in finance transformation within S/4HANA
• Proven ability to handle stakeholders and large programs
