We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with strong Wealth Management domain expertise to lead large-scale technology and business initiatives for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, and driving strategic initiatives within Wealth Management platforms and digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management programs and technology initiatives.
Manage project planning, execution, risks, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
Drive Agile / Scrum delivery frameworks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee integrations involving portfolio management, trading systems, client onboarding, and reporting platforms.
Manage cross-functional and distributed teams while ensuring high-quality delivery and timelines.
Required Skills:
15+ years of experience in Program / Delivery Management.
Strong Wealth Management or Asset Management domain experience.
Proven experience delivering large-scale financial services technology programs.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management at senior levels.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
