Associate Attorney – Personal Injury (New York, NY)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in a full-time, in-office role based in New York, NY. This position offers the opportunity to manage personal injury cases from initial intake through trial, while working closely with clients and delivering high-quality legal advocacy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and general negligence claimsConduct client consultations and maintain consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of each caseDraft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documentsPerform legal research and case investigationsTake and defend depositionsAppear in court for hearings, conferences, mediations, and trialsNegotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counselMaintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines and procedural requirements are metQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive New York Bar admission in good standing3–5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense)Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsDemonstrated professionalism and strong work ethicCompassionate, client-focused approach with excellent communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experienceCompetitive, performance-based bonus structure tied to case outcomes and origination401(k) with employer match and profit-sharingComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and recognized holidays
