Job Description:
Position 1: SAP S/4 FI/CO Consulting Lead
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
Location: California (PST Time Zone) – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to support a Brownfield migration from ECC to S/4HANA. The implementation spans the USA, Canada, and multiple Latin American countries including Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end FI/CO delivery for S/4HANA Brownfield migration
- Drive business process design workshops and deliverables
- Oversee configuration, data setup, and system processes aligned with SAP best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams on RICEF objects
- Lead testing, QA, and go-live readiness activities
- Support data migration, reporting, and analytics
- Manage issue resolution, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong project leadership
- Mandatory experience in S/4HANA Brownfield migration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering complex SAP programs
- Understanding of supply chain integration (MM/PP, Procure-to-Pay)
Additional Note:
Candidates must be local to California or willing to relocate and work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Katella office).
