Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead (10–12 years) with strong expertise in S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling and related modules. This onsite role requires managing and overseeing end?to?end projects within the S/4 HANA ecosystem, ensuring effective integration, optimization, and business alignment. The position is office?based during day shifts, with no travel required.

Experience
10–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling.

Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of S/4 HANA SAP Controlling projects aligned with business goals.
• Oversee integration of Profitability Analysis and Profit Center Accounting to improve financial reporting.
• Provide expert guidance on S/4 HANA New GL and Finance modules to streamline accounting and financial operations.
• Manage Cost Center Accounting implementations to enhance cost optimization strategies.
• Ensure optimal use of Accounts Receivable processes to support cash flow health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Track project performance, address risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and support ongoing and future initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across S/4 HANA implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement and financial process efficiency.
• Support training and development of team members to build internal capability.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that leverage S/4 HANA to drive innovation and business growth.
