Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultantwith strong expertise in Finance and Controlling modules to support an S/4HANArollout and migration project across EMEA regions. The consultant will workclosely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design,configure, and implement SAP finance solutions aligned with businessrequirements and SAP best practices.

The role requires deep experience in SAP Finance andControlling along with integration knowledge across other SAP modules.

Primary ERP platform: SAP S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities

Participate in workshops to gather and document detailedbusiness requirements and business processes.

Analyze business requirements and provide functionalexpertise and SAP best-practice solutions for finance and controllingprocesses.

Participate in end-to-end solution design and ensure qualitymonitoring throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Implement and support SAP Controlling (CO) modules,including:

Cost Center Accounting

Profit Center Accounting

Internal Orders

Profitability Analysis

Overhead Cost Controlling and Allocations

Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, andvendors to ensure seamless integration between finance, controlling, and otherSAP modules.

Design, configure, customize, and test Controlling modules.

Document test cases and validate testing results duringimplementation.

Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to gatherrequirements, define solutions, and manage expectations throughout themigration project.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules, including:

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Accounts Payable (AP)

General Ledger (GL)

Tax

Asset Accounting

Cost Center Accounting

Profit Center Accounting

Relevant module: SAP FICO

Deep understanding of integration with SAP SD and SAP MMmodules.

Strong knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities, including:

Universal Journal

New Asset Accounting

SAP Fiori applications

Interface technology: SAP Fiori

Experience working with complex multi-system landscapes andintegrations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RE-FX module (Real Estate Management) inSAP.

Relevant module: SAP RE-FX

SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA.

Experience in global SAP implementations or rollouts.

Prior project experience supporting EMEA and LATAM regions.
