Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and implement devops solutions, react.js, and full stack java applications
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
3. Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and functionality
4. Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution
6. Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in devops, react.js, and full stack development

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in devops solutions and tools such as jenkins, docker, kubernetes
2. Strong experience in react.js framework for frontend development
3. Expertise in full stack development using Java, Springboot, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, OCP.
4. In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
6. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a development team

Job Description:
• 7–10+ years in test automation with 5+ years in banking/payments platforms.
• Strong in one or more: Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript; hands on with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress and API testing (RestAssured/Postman).
• Experience with message validation (JSON, XML, ISO 20022 schemas), file-based and real-time processing, asynchronous and event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Solid grasp of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Git, Docker/K8s, environment variables/secrets, and test parallelization.
• Proven capability with SQL and at least one NoSQL (e.g., Mongo); experience setting up synthetic test data and masking strategies.
• Familiarity with observability (Grafana, Splunk) to correlate test runs with system telemetry.
• Understanding of SWIFT/ISO 20022, FedNow principles, fraud and risk controls, and secure coding/testing practices.
