Immediate Hiring - Remote contract openings with 20–30% travel (expenses reimbursed)

Senior Technical Consultant to lead ServiceNow implementation for ITAM (HAM/SAM), ITSM, and SPM modules. The role involves solution design, configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and driving end-to-end technical delivery. Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and asset management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Delivery: Lead design, configuration, and implementation of ITAM, HAM, SAM, SPM, and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change) solutions. HAM & SAM implementation (Mandatory)
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and architectural visions.
  • Technical Consulting: Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities, conducting workshops, and creating technical documentation (e.g., user stories, testing strategies).
  • Configuration & Integration: Customize ServiceNow components and manage integration points (e.g., SCCM, Active Directory).
  • Process Improvement: Optimize IT asset management lifecycle processes. 
  • Strong design & governance experience 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in ITAM/HAM/SAM modules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integration.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and lead delivery teams.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications are highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
