Role: Power Platform Developer
Key Skills: CRM, vendor relationship, Bullhorn a plus highly preferred. Candidates can work Remote as long as YOU do not live with in 60 miles of any of these locations OH(Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Independance), Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Indianapolis, IN, Nashville, TN, Tampa, FL, Louisville, KY, Columbia, SC
- Building out integration team, Power platform and backend developer - dynamics would be a plus.
JOB SUMMARY
The Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, automated workflows, customized applications, and insightful data visualizations. The ideal candidate brings strong development expertise, a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, and a passion for creating solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions
• Modify existing Dynamics 365 CE features and functionality to align with specific business requirements through configuration and customization
• Automate workflows and business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Design and deliver data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions
• Deploy custom Dynamics 365 CE solutions to production environments
• Provide guidance and support to end-users
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform, including configuration, customization, and development
• Knowledge of JavaScript and related web technologies for front-end development
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience with data visualization
• Experience with business process automation
• Experience with plugin development, workflows, and system jobs
• Power Platform (Canvas/model-driven apps, Power BI)
• Relational databases (design/SQL/tuning)
• Web APIs (SOAP/REST)
• Tooling (Azure DevOps)
PREFERENCES
• At least 3 years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development
• Proficient in Power Apps and Power Automate
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of relational database technologies
• Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
