About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT infrastructure to support real estate operations, including property management systems, CRM platforms, and internal business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of business-critical applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Support CRM, ERP, and property management systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Provide technical support to internal teams across sales, operations, and finance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers.
- Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
