Product Manager focused on Ecommerce portal
Experience and knowledge:
Knowledge and experience with online eCommerce purchasing experiences.
High-level understanding of supply chain and logistics.
High-level understanding of forward and reverse order logistics.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the business and Oracle to drive strategy, prioritization, approach, and goals of products(s)
Partner with Senior leadership to define delivery product approach for initiatives and to provide recommendations on scope delivery phasing/work streams.
Support Product Management, drive solution alignment and timeline management.
Gathers customer information and feedback, stakeholder feedback, and conducts research in industry and customer arena, to create Product Concept and design.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on market trends and next generation business capabilities.
Researches, analyzes competitor products as well as potentially complementary technology or solutions to bring innovation to existing T-Mobile product.
Defines feature set and documents that feature set into a functional Product Backlog.
Define the product vision, experience journeys, capabilities, features.
Authors, distributes, and delivers product presentations.
Align the capabilities and features to value (incl. digitization)
Management of activities associated with T-Mobile Product Working Model, including coordination and creation of product assessments as required by the Working Model.
Conduct fit to standard process and technology assessment & identify gaps.
Holds meetings with customers (or customer representative) and other stakeholders to gather input and prioritize Product Backlog.
Prepare product roadmap and strategy for assigned product area and socialize that product roadmap in stakeholder discussions as well at Agile planning sessions.
Meets regularly with core customer groups to understand customer strategy and overall roadmap. Incorporates customer strategy and overall roadmap into Product planning.
Collaborates with T-Mobile business owners and Agile teams to define Agile program / iteration.
Conduct Program Increment (PI) planning (horizon of 1 quarter)
Finalize list of detailed capabilities and features for respective business area
Identify functional KPI's for capabilities and features.
Confirm and manage the prioritization of capabilities and features (incl. tradeoffs analysis and discussions)
Conduct Stakeholder Analysis (Identifying Stakeholders Involved)
Define the functional (including reporting and data) features and requirements.
Establish agile process for individual product and adopt T-Mobile Tools
Draft a high-level timeline and delivery roadmap.
Run User Story grooming sessions with T-Mobile business product owners.
Document detailed User Story and Acceptance criteria.
Establish execution priority of User Story Backlog.
Tasks associated with each Sprint or development cycle which include but are not limited to: user story grooming / estimation tasks and associated design documentation, creation and validation of user stories or requirements, product / feature demos, and any manual / automated testing scripts.
Identify opportunities for improvements including consolidation, optimization and logical build out of platforms and capabilities.
Monitors product / feature performance in production, including gathering feedback from end customers and / or internal customers.
Ensures product issues or defects are properly managed and prioritized into Product and Team backlogs.
Develop User Acceptance Testing Test cases in partnership with business stakeholders.
Identify Business Impacts due to defect and create Mitigation Plan
Perform Lean focused process improvement to product process.
