Project Planning & Execution

• Assist in the development of project execution plans including schedules, scopes, and deliverables.

• Coordinate on-site construction activities, monitor daily progress, and ensure alignment with design documents and specifications.

• Conduct site inspections to verify quality of work, compliance with approved construction methods, and adherence to building codes. Technical Support & Documentation

• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineers and project managers.

• Prepare and review site reports, change orders, material submittals, and as-built documentation.

• Support the management of project documentation, records, and compliance reports.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Communicate progress, risks, and construction challenges to senior engineering staff. Quality, Safety & Compliance • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements on all projects. • Assist in implementing corrective actions for non-compliance or quality deviations. Cost & Schedule Control

• Monitor project budgets, material usage, and labour productivity.

• Support the preparation of progress reports and forecasts for schedule and cost performance.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend process improvements in construction methodology, resource allocation, and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 8- 15+ years of experience in construction engineering, project execution, or site supervision (REAL ESTATE). • Hands-on experience with construction documentation and interpretation of technical drawings. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
