Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Backend Tech Lead with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in backend development using the latest Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on coding experience, architectural exposure, and prior experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend development using modern .NET technologies
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based applications
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Guide and mentor a team of backend developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders
• Drive API development, integration, and system interoperability
• Ensure application security, compliance, and performance optimization
• Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API development
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs and API security (OAuth, JWT)
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain (preferred)
