Job Overview:

* Responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

* This role will need to be able to work on multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct user research (in a group setting) to understand user needs, process steps, behaviors, and pain points.

* Translate insights into clear recommendations and design direction.

* Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

* Create journey maps/process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.

* Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across products.

* Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

* Foster positive stakeholder relationships and aid with UX evangelism efforts.

Qualifications:

* Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

* Exhibits excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

* Shows adaptability and openness to feedback.

* Displays initiative and proactive approach.

* Basic wireframing & prototyping skills required, advanced skills strongly preferred.

* Service Design experience strongly preferred.

* Ability to facilitate outcome driven workshops strongly preferred.
