Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Healthcare provider domain experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Parallel Testing
- Knowledge of payroll configurations, validations, and reconciliations
- Ability to support end-to-end payroll implementation and testing cycles
- Experience working with functional and technical teams to resolve payroll issues
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance
- Exposure to integrations and reporting in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
