Level: Senior: Senior / Enterprise Java Developer with AI –  Mandatory to work 3 days/week at New York office.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Enterprise Java Developer with over 10 years of

hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal

candidate will have strong expertise in Java and modern frameworks, along with recent exposure

to AI-driven solutions. Experience with Spring AI is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-availability systems

• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing and new applications

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Java development (Enterprise / Backend)

• Strong expertise in Core Java, Java EE, and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC,

Spring Data)

• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices

• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and integrating AI services or models into applications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Spring AI

• Familiarity with AI frameworks, LLM integrations, or AI-driven workflows

• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
