Role: SAP S/4 CRM Functional Lead

Location: Remote with Travel to Nebraska (50%)*

Job description
15+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA CRM.
Minimum 2 end-to-end brownfield migration projects (ECC CRM ? S/4 Embedded CRM).
Proven experience leading CRM implementations or upgrades in large enterprises.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
CRM Base Customization, Master Data, Org Modeling
Business Partner Setup
Sales, Opportunities, and CRM Mobile setup
S/4HANA CRM using Fiori/WebUI
Document Management & Content Repositories
Proposing approaches for unsupported S/4 CRM functionalities (e.g., Document Templates)
Data migration using Data Migration Cockpit or custom tools
Integration via OData services, IDoc, BAPI, API
Data validation for master & transactional data post-migration
Preparation of business process documents & test scripts
ABAP debugging knowledge is an added advantage.

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA CRM Certification.
Experience with SAP Fiori apps in the CRM domain.
Travel Requirement
Ability to travel every alternate week to client or project locations, as required
