Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect tolead platform architecture, design governance, and solution integrity across alarge-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will own the ServiceNowroadmap, enforce development standards, and guide cross-functional teams indelivering scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and define ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and design principles.
• Lead architectural alignment across applications, infrastructure, and enterprise services.
• Architect complex integrations including directory/identity services, monitoring/event management, ERP/finance, and endpoint management tools.
• Establish and enforce development best practices related to security, ACL/RBAC, Flow Designer, ATF, and release pipelines.
• Guide and mentor product owners, developers, and administrators; review and approve solution designs.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, maintainability, and upgrade readiness.
• Build outcome-driven dashboards that demonstrate operational value and business results.
• Reduce technical debt and streamline ITSM processes including change, incident, and problem management.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years in a ServiceNow Architect, Design Authority, or similar leadership role.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• ITOM
• ITAM
• Security Operations
• Strategic Portfolio Management
• IntegrationHub & Flow Designer
• Strong knowledge of non-functional requirements including performance, security, upgradeability, and release management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow support within a large enterprise or public-sector environment.
• Experience with Automation, including ATF, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in Service Mapping, ITOM, and Performance Analytics.

Preferred Certifications (any of the following):

• CIS – ITSM / Discovery / CMDB / CSDM
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – highly preferred
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
