Business Process Analyst

Job Description:

DutiesIdentifying and describing business outcomes and associated processes

  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for each capability
  • Validating alignment with overall HR strategy and operations
  • Conduct working sessions with process owners and subject matter experts, in-person and via MS Teams
  • Document detailed Level 3 capabilities, processes, and outcomes
  • Capture key KPIs relevant to performance measurement
  • Provide inputs to the consolidated HR Capability Map deliverable
  • Completed Level 3 Capability Maps for assigned domains
  • Documentation of associated business processes and KPIs
  • Summary presentation of findings and recommendations
  • Participation in review and validation sessions with HR leadership

    Skills Required:

    • HR Background is mandatory 
    • Workday experience is mandatory
    • Experience in documenting and formalizing benefits, compensation, and development processes.
    • Experienced in defining KPIs and how they’re measured
