We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst (PMDM) with strong experience in data management and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners to understand and define IT requirements aligned with company strategy.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog; develop user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA.
Support requirement implementation across design and development phases.
Conduct business and system process analysis to drive data quality and process improvements.
Produce key analysis documentation – requirements, use cases, process diagrams, and UAT plans.
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are delivered effectively.
Monitor project progress, evaluate results, and communicate updates with stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong business relationships.
