Job Description:
3–5+ years as a RPA Business Analyst or Process Automation Analyst
Strong Python and data handling experience (must be able to review code, not just talk about it)
Solid knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI
Experience in financial services or auto lending preferred
Excellent communication can translate tech to business language
Comfortable using JIRA and Confluence in an Agile setup
Required Skills
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Snowflake
Power BI for dashboards & reporting
Excellent communication & documentation
Agile collaboration using JIRA & Confluence
Power Automate / RPA tools
AI API integration exposure
Experience in financial or auto-lending environments
Understanding of compliance-driven workflows
