Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will design, implement, secure, and support large-scale network environments ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN).

Implement and manage Cisco ISE for network access control, authentication (802.1x), and policy enforcement.

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls (ASA/FTD), and wireless controllers.

Manage VPNs, SD-WAN, and network segmentation across multiple sites.

Integrate ISE with Active Directory, certificate services, and endpoint security tools.

Monitor network performance, perform capacity planning, and ensure uptime and reliability.

Lead network upgrades, migrations, and security hardening initiatives.

Develop and maintain detailed network documentation and topology diagrams.

Provide mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure and security teams.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

9+ years of experience in network engineering and administration.

Strong expertise in Cisco ISE (2.x/3.x) — including profiling, posture assessment, and guest/BYOD management.

Proficiency in routing and switching (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, EtherChannel, etc.).

Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms.

Good understanding of network security concepts and firewall technologies.

Hands-on with wireless technologies (Cisco WLC, access points).

Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, DNAC, etc.).

Relevant certifications such as CCNP Enterprise/Security, Cisco ISE Specialist, or CCIE (preferred).


Soft Skills:

Team-oriented with leadership capabilities.

Preferred Certifications:

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Cisco Certified Specialist – Identity Services Engine

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) – Enterprise/Security (optional but a plus)
