Title: Solution Architect

Location: Remote (USA)

Duration: Contract

Req. Experience:

Lead the architecture and design of RPA solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Define RPA best practices, reusable components, and architectural frameworks.

Evaluate and select suitable automation tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).

Design integration strategies with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, APIs).

Ensure high availability, scalability, and maintainability of automation solutions.

Provide technical leadership to RPA developers and engineers.

Review solution designs, code, and architecture to maintain quality standards.

Mentor development teams on RPA design principles and coding best practices.

Drive innovation by exploring AI, OCR, and machine learning integrations with RPA.

Define and enforce automation governance standards, security guidelines, and compliance protocols.

Manage version control, deployment, and change management processes.

Collaborate with IT and InfoSec teams to ensure data security and system integrity.

Partner with business analysts and process owners to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.

Communicate solution roadmaps, timelines, and progress to senior management.

Evaluate existing automations and recommend optimization or re-architecture when necessary.

7+ years of experience in software development or architecture, with at least 3+ years in RPA solution design.

Preferably Uipath MVP certified

Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience in workflow design, process re-engineering, and business process mapping.

Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and cognitive automation tools is an advantage.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

RPA Developer or Architect certification (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Blue Prism Solution Designer).

Experience in agile delivery environments.

Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, VBScript, PowerShell, JavaScript).
