Python Developer – Robotic Script Generation & AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Robotic Script Generation, Automation Frameworks, and AI-driven process optimization. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent robotic scripts and automation workflows that leverage machine learning and natural language processing for scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation scripts and bots using Python for repetitive or rule-based business tasks.

Develop and maintain AI-driven robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, custom Python frameworks).

Create and manage intelligent agents or robotic scripts capable of dynamic decision-making using AI models.

Collaborate with data scientists to train, fine-tune, and integrate machine learning models into automation workflows.

Build and deploy APIs, microservices, or pipelines supporting automation and AI processes.

Develop Python-based tools for robotic control, natural language understanding, and script generation.

Debug, optimize, and document automation workflows for scalability and maintainability.

Work cross-functionally with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.

Integrate AI/LLM models (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face) into robotic script generation for smarter automation.

Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve automation performance using metrics and logs.

Required Skills and Experience:

3–7 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Strong understanding of RPA tools or custom robotic scripting frameworks.

Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Expertise in automation scripting, REST APIs, and data manipulation using Python (pandas, NumPy).

Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Prefect, or similar).

Experience in integrating AI-driven automation in production environments.

Strong debugging, version control (Git), and CI/CD skills.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
