Job Title : SAP WM/MM Consultant

Location : 100% Remote

Duration : Long-Term contract

Job Description:

• The SAP WM/MM Consultant will join a project team to leverage expertise in SAP functional, technical, industry, and tools/methods. This role is key to ensuring successful solution design and delivery for client projects, primarily within the Consumer Goods industry.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with client project teams to provide tailored solutions for project requirements.
• Analyze project requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Perform system configuration, unit testing, and writing of functional specification documents.
• Extend support during the integration test cycles and prepare test scripts.
• Be actively involved in the timely resolution of defects and issues.
• Collaborate with and manage the team (including a 3-person offshore team) to ensure effective performance and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide clear communication regarding work progress to immediate reporting managers.

• SAP ECC Warehouse Management (WM) + 9-12 years
• SAP Logistics Execution (LE) + 9-12 years
• SAP Materials Management (MM) + 9-12 years

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Consumer Goods Industry experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• An experienced SAP Consultant with 9-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM, LE, and MM. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert, capable of working independently, managing a small team, and providing robust solutions to complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and design robust SAP solutions.
• Configure the SAP system, perform unit testing, and draft functional specification documents.
• Lead defect resolution and provide support during integration testing cycles.
