Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Project Manager or Program Manager to plan and execute a portfolio of strategic initiatives across and supply chain operations and Information Technology. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering internal project management capabilities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, reporting to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across operational domains and technology.
Develop and implement project governance frameworks related to supply chain and trade environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic business goals.
Provide executive-level reporting and insights directly to the CEO.
Mentor and train internal teams in project management best practices and tools.
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across business processes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with automation and data integration tools (e.g., Power BI, ERP systems).
PMP, PgMP, CSM or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with logistics operations, customs brokerage, and supply chain technologies.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in training and mentoring project teams.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
