Role: Project Manager – AI

Overview:

The company is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics initiatives within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, hands-on project management, and business analysis expertise to ensure alignment between business objectives, data-driven insights, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and analytics projects — from concept, design, and development to deployment and post-implementation evaluation.

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, leveraging your background as a Business Analyst.

• Drive AI adoption initiatives, helping business teams understand and utilize predictive models, machine learning, and automation solutions.

• Ensure projects comply with P&C Insurance industry standards, regulations, and data governance policies.

• Present project updates, progress, and outcomes to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of solid Project Management experience, ideally in enterprise-scale technology projects.

• Proven experience in executing AI, ML, or analytics-focused projects with measurable business impact.

• Strong background as a Business Analyst, capable of bridging technical and business teams.

• In-depth understanding of P&C Insurance processes such as underwriting, claims, policy management, or customer analytics.

• Hands-on familiarity with data analytics tools, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
