Position: Assistant Project Manager (Remote)
 Work Hours: USA Time Zone
 Experience: 2–5 Years

 Salary: 15,000 – 38,000/month + Bonus
 Contract: 2 Years (Full-Time Remote)

Preferred Qualifications (BBA - MBA)

  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Zoho, Google Workspace, or automation platforms

  • Knowledge of analytics tools and reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track international Project.
Coordinate between marketing, design, and tech teams.
Handle Zoho tasks, reports & automations.
Support digital marketing & performance campaigns.
Maintain documentation and ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or management (preferably for international clients).

  • Working knowledge of Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, or Zoho One ecosystem.

  • Understanding of digital marketing operations and performance campaigns.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of API integration and project tracking tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
