Job Details:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism and UiPath.

• Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope.

• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with internal RPA standards.

• Monitor and optimize RPA bot performance; troubleshoot and debug issues.

• Contribute to code reviews and maintain technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 4–8 years of experience in RPA development.

• Certified or proven expertise in both Blue Prism and UiPath.

• Solid understanding of RPA development lifecycle and methodologies.

• Experience with process documentation and analysis.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.

• 80% time dedicated to RPA development; 20% to team oversight, task coordination, and handoffs.

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.

• Responsible for identifying and vetting candidates for the team based on the criteria outlined.

• Will work closely with the client to align team capabilities with evolving priorities.

• Must agree to be on camera for all meetings.
