About the Role-
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who can effectively bridge communication between customers and offshore delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution of programs and projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of customer engagement, program governance, and technical solutioning mindset to align business needs with practical delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities-
*Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships and understanding their business needs.
*Manage end-to-end program delivery, coordinating between customers, onsite teams, and offshore delivery teams.
*Oversee program planning, tracking, governance, and reporting to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
*Collaborate with technical teams to provide high-level solutioning input, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
*Drive issue resolution, risk management, and change management across projects.
*Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates and presentations for stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
*Mentor and guide project managers, leads, and offshore teams to ensure consistent delivery practices.
Required Qualifications-
*10+ years of experience in program or project management within IT services or technology consulting.
*Proven ability to work with offshore teams and manage multi-location delivery models.
*Strong experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
*Solid understanding of technical solutioning concepts in enterprise IT, ERP, or cloud-based systems.
*Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience in program governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
*Willingness and ability to relocate to New Jersey.
Preferred Qualifications-
*Background in ERP, supply chain, healthcare, or cloud-based solutions is a plus.
*PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
*Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
