As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you’ll partner with engineering, product, and executive leaders to drive new system capabilities from design through delivery. You’ll own strategy, execution, and cross-team collaboration — ensuring Amazon’s next-generation devices launch on time, at scale, and with excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead multiple complex initiatives from inception through delivery.
Define strategy and requirements alongside product and engineering leadership.
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Build and refine mechanisms that accelerate delivery and raise the technical bar.
Foster collaboration between distributed engineering teams and external developers.
What You Bring
7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years in technical program or product management.
3+ years of software development experience.
Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Expertise in roadmap planning, process optimization, and KPI/SLA tracking.
