Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath to join our digital automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end RPA project delivery using UiPath.

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Design and develop scalable automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Monitor and maintain deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Prepare documentation including solution design, test plans, and user guides.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools.

Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or other programming languages used in UiPath development.

Experience with REFramework and custom workflow development.

Knowledge of RPA best practices, governance, and security.

Experience integrating UiPath with external systems via APIs, databases, and web services
