Job Title: Sr Project Manager (GA DOL)
Location: Metro Atlanta, Georgia, USA (Local candidates only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, resource tracking, risk management, and communications management
- Manage all aspects of the project following PMI best practices and GA DOL Project Management Methodology
- Lead project teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex technology projects with aggressive timelines
- Collaborate with vendor partners and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements and process documentation
Required Skills:
- Active PMP Certification
- Demonstrated success managing large complex programs/projects using multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban)
- Experience with business requirements gathering, business process documentation, and full Systems Development Life Cycle and Testing Methodologies
- Managed at least two full lifecycle agile software development projects with project teams in excess of 10 team members
- Expert-level knowledge of standard PM tools (MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office Suite)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
