Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead software application development initiatives in an Agile environment. This is a 100% onsite role in Chicago, IL, ideal for a proven leader who can act as a Scrum Master, manage product delivery using JIRA, and drive cloud migration and cloud-native application projects.
Experience in the Contact Center domain is a strong plus and will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from concept to delivery and continuous improvement.
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Developers, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders — to define and prioritize features.
Manage and optimize product backlogs and workflows using JIRA.
Drive cloud migration and cloud-native development efforts.
Translate business needs into technical requirements aligned with organizational goals.
Track product performance and user feedback to guide future iterations.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in product/project management for software applications.
Proven success as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
Strong proficiency in JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud migration initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Must be able to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Background in Contact Center technologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of software release processes and enterprise SaaS environments.
