Responsibilities:

·         Provide end-to-end project management oversight for two MMIS-related projects as part of the EDW and EPMO initiatives.

·         Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with program goals.

·         Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring effective communication, scope alignment, and timely delivery.

·         Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.

·         Manage stakeholder communications, reporting progress and performance metrics to senior leadership.

·         Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure quality and compliance with state and federal requirements.

·         Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies across all project phases.

·         Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with MMIS program objectives.

Must have Skill:

·         5–10 years of experience managing MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) projects.

·         5–10 years of experience in managing large-scale DDI (Design, Development, and Implementation) projects.

·         1–3 years of experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) projects.

·         Strong project management expertise across planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication

·         Proven experience managing state or federal healthcare IT programs.

·         Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

·         Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote team environments.
