Duration: 6+ Months
Job type: W2.
Responsibilities:
· Provide end-to-end oversight of two MMIS-related projects within the overall program.
· Manage project planning, execution, and delivery across the EDW and EPMO streams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including state stakeholders, vendors, and internal leadership.
· Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
· Ensure adherence to program governance, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.
· Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to senior leadership and project sponsors.
· Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful integration of MMIS, EDW, and DDI deliverables.
· Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
· Support issue resolution and facilitate decision-making to keep projects on track.
Must have Skill:
· 5–10 years of experience managing large-scale DDI (Design, Development, and Implementation) projects.
· 1–3 years of experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) projects.
· Strong background in healthcare IT or state government programs.
· Proven expertise in project governance, planning, execution, and delivery.
· Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a large program.
· Excellent stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting skills.
· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
· Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and vendor environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
