UI Path Developer

Duration – 6+ months

Location – 3 days hybrid in any one of these locations - Dallas, Chicago or Dever (Centennial)

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in UiPath and communication mining to help design and implement automation solutions. This role is critical to building capabilities not currently available in-house, and the ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and practical experience in intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of UiPath automation workflows with a focus on communication mining.

Implement solutions to parse, extract data

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Integrate automation workflows with existing systems using UiPath, Python, and .NET as needed.

Provide technical expertise, guidance, and knowledge transfer to internal teams lacking UiPath/communication mining experience.

Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of automation solutions through best practices and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Overall 5 years experience in technology/development with multiple years in RPA

Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (including UiPath Communication Mining).

Proven ability to build and deploy automation workflows that process structured and unstructured communications.

Experience implementing email parsing solutions for attachments and content extraction.

Proficiency in Python for scripting and data handling is a plus

Familiarity with .NET for integrations and solution support.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

UiPath certification(s).

Experience working in enterprise environments with complex automation needs.
