Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Lead with strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP system administration, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP upgrades, cloud solutions like HEC and S/4HANA, and should be open to working during weekends or off-hours as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Manage SAP Basis activities including system upgrades and patching
· Perform system owner-related tasks and infrastructure updates
· Support cloud-based SAP systems (e.g., HEC, S/4HANA)
· Work on ITSM processes and resolve technical issues
· Handle high-pressure situations with effective de-escalation
· Collaborate with cross-cultural teams
· Lead and manage projects using standard methodologies
Requirements:
· 5+ years of SAP Basis experience
· Knowledge of cloud architecture and IT infrastructure
· Experience in SAP release upgrades and system maintenance
· Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP) preferred
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Willing to work during weekends/off-hours if needed
