Job Description:
Role : SAP Implementation Site Manager / PM
Location :- Tennessee
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily on-site project activities, ensuring alignment between local users and global project teams.
Supervise and coordinate the work of local consultants (FI, PP, SD, MM, EWM, Change Management, Manufacturing Expert).
Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. stakeholders, addressing issues, escalations, and dependencies.
Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed according to quality standards.
Support cutover and go-live activities, ensuring readiness of local business teams.
Facilitate effective communication and reporting between U.S. site and global leadership.
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Support user acceptance testing, training coordination, and hypercare phases.
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of project management or site management experience in ERP/SAP projects.
Auto parts industry experience is mandatory.
Proven experience managing multi-functional teams in complex implementation environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to interface with both executives and end-users.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
Familiarity with automotive industry processes preferred.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations a strong plus.
PMP or other project management certification is an advantage.
Must be willing and able to work full-time on-site in Tennessee, USA.
