Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Financials Project Manager with deep expertise in leading large-scale finance transformation programs within energy or asset-intensive industries. The consultant will drive the S/4HANA Finance program for Siemens Energy, ensuring it supports project-based business models, long-term service agreements, and complex regulatory/compliance frameworks typical of the global energy sector.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years in SAP project management leadership roles.
Proven record in delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance programs for global, asset-intensive enterprises (e.g. energy, utilities, oil & gas, or heavy engineering).
Deep expertise across core S/4HANA Finance modules: FICO, , Group Reporting,
Strong understanding of project accounting, capital asset management, intercompany processes, and service-based business models.
Experience with multi-country, multi-entity rollouts and finance harmonization programs.
Track record of engaging CFO-level stakeholders in complex, regulated industries.
SAP Activate methodology, PMP, or Prince2 certification is a plus.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English; German of advantage .
