Mandatory Skills:
12+ years of experience in project management
6+ years of Agile/Scrum experience
6+ years of experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, or Jira
Minimum 1 year of previous work in government and claim processing
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Microsoft Azure Cloud experience
Application development experience
Hardware/Software Environment:
C#
Object-Oriented Design
MVC/MVVM
Visual Studio .NET Core
MS Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps
Oracle / SQL / Oracle PL-SQL
Work Environment:
Remote work allowed only within the state of Wisconsin.
Must be available online, attend scheduled meetings, and meet workload requirements during standard working hours (7:45 AM – 4:30 PM CT).
Contractor must be available to work onsite at the Madison, WI headquarters (GEF-1 location) at the client’s request, including consecutive weekdays or extended periods.
No reimbursement for travel, lodging, or parking expenses.
Preference for candidates residing in the greater Madison area.
