Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience:
• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 2–3 years managing UKG product migrations (e.g., Workforce Central ? UKG Pro WFM / UKG Pro HCM).
• Proven experience leading complex HCM/WFM implementations, preferably in multi-site or global environments.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, scheduling, time & attendance, and accrual processes.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of UKG platforms (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions) and their integrations with ERP or HCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Experience with data migration tools, ETL processes, and SaaS environments.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integrations.
• Project Management Skills:
• Proficiency in methodologies.
