Experience : 10 years(10+ years in project management, 2–3 years in UKG migrations)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead UKG migration projects across global environments. The role involves managing end-to-end migration activities, including planning, data migration, integrations, testing, and post-go-live support. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of UKG Pro WFM or HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle UKG migration projects (scope, budget, timelines).
Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams.
Oversee data migration, configuration, and system integration.
Manage risks, ensure compliance, and support change management.
Deliver project updates and ensure smooth post-implementation transitions.
Skills & Experience:
10+ years in project management, with 2–3 years in UKG migrations.
Strong knowledge of UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or UKG Dimensions.
Experience with HCM/WFM systems, payroll, and time management.
Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and SaaS environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or UKG certifications are a plus.
