Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Build robust, scalable, and secure bots with exception handling and optimization.
Deploy and monitor bots using Orchestrator / Control Room.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automations.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in RPA.
