Position Title:: Senior Business Analyst
Exp::20+Yrs
Contract:1+Year
Rate:Negoitable
Location: Michigan (Onsite)
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Expertise in reviewing technical designs and
specifications for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established
quality standards. Strong experience in responsive design application
development, with a focus on creating human-centric design solutions.
Clear and concise written and verbal
communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
- Interview Process: Interviews will be held in person at the MSP
Headquarters. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview. -
Candidates selected for an interview must present a valid ID to the manager
during the interview.
- Duration: 1 year with possible extension
- Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule
(2-5 days onsite/week). NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Resource will need to be onsite
from day one, 2-5 days per week at the manager's discretion.
- Local candidates ONLY. Candidates must be located within 2 hours of
Dimondale, MI at time of submission.

Required skills:

Minimum
of 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a
proven track record of understanding the business processes and their
requirements and translating it into technical requirements.

10
years of experience in developing technical designs in collaboration with
application and solution architects, driving the direction of design and
development for large-scale application projects.
·
Expertise
in reviewing technical designs and specifications for completeness, accuracy,
and conformance to established quality standards. Strong experience in
responsive design application development, with a focus on creating
human-centric design solutions.
·
Knowledgeable
about current software development best practices, including Agile, DevOps, and
modern programming languages and frameworks
·
Strong
analytical skills to assess complex business issues, propose effective
solutions, and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
Detailed skills required:
Strong
experience working in Agile or Hybrid environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.),
translating business needs into user stories for IT development teams, with
familiarity in other SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall.
