The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects within finance, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong ability to deliver on time and within budget.

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of finance system implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for cost-effective delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Conduct regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and maintain project documentation
- Ensure smooth change management, user training, and post-implementation support
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards
