Job Title: RPA Technology Lead

Duration: 6 Months contract to Possibly extension

Locations: Panorama Cir Centennial Colorado 

Schedule: 5 days onsite

Job Description Summary:

The RPA Technology Lead will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, and stabilization of automation solutions using UiPath. This role involves leading the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, including cloud migration of automation workloads, ensuring seamless scalability and performance in cloud environments.

You will collaborate closely with business teams to deliver automation projects aligned with broader digital transformation and cloud-first strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable RPA solutions using UiPath
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and design workflows
• Conduct feasibility analysis of business processes for automation
• Perform proof-of-concepts to validate automation approaches
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to RPA developers
• Own the complete solution including workflow design, authentication, error handling, logging, and tuning
• Prepare and maintain process design documentation
• Develop reusable assets based on common business process patterns
• Architect end-to-end IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) solutions using UiPath Document Understanding
• Lead migration of RPA solutions to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Work with security and infrastructure teams to define cloud automation architecture
• Support existing automations in production, including monitoring and optimization
• Establish and promote RPA best practices
• Provide training and support to RPA users and developers
• Communicate project status, risks, and ensure on-time delivery

Technical Skills Required:

• Expertise in UiPath RPA platform
• Proficiency with .NET, C#, and scripting languages
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience integrating with APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Document Understanding
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based RPA deployments
• UiPath certification is highly preferred
