Job Title: Senior Selenium Automation Tester (.NET Environment)
Location: Bethesda, MD (Onsite or Hybrid depending on project requirements)
Clearance Requirement: Must have continuously resided in the U.S. for the past 3 years (Public Trust eligibility required)



Position Overview:

 seeking a highly skilled Senior Selenium Automation Tester with at least 8+ years of experience in automation testing, particularly within .NET environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS SQL and possess a strong background in designing and executing automated test suites using Selenium. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of mission-critical applications within the federal healthcare domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver within a .NET framework.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to define comprehensive test strategies and acceptance criteria.

  • Execute automated and manual test plans; log, track, and follow up on defects through resolution.

  • Perform backend data validation and analysis using MS SQL queries.

  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and quality assurance best practices to support Agile development cycles.

  • Generate detailed test reports, documentation, and traceability matrices.

  • Continuously improve and maintain the test automation framework.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Selenium-based automation testing.

  • Solid experience testing applications developed in .NET.

  • Proficiency with MS SQL for backend data validation and query development.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as NUnitMSTest, or equivalent.

  • Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have resided in the United States for at least 3 consecutive years to meet Public Trust clearance eligibility.
